This session will draw on the expertise of two panels of managing partners from a broad size and geographic spread of firms to answer questions and discuss various topics on the forefront of all law firm leaders’ minds with regard to the future. We will have several polls.

Topics will include:

• The future of the physical office and will people return to the office. (with a poll)
• How do we meet the increasing expectations of our young lawyers?
• How do we serve clients in the future?
• How do we ensure we have a remuneration system that appropriately rewards effort and collaboration?
• How do we best charge for our services? (with a poll)
• Who would/should be a Managing Partner?
