IBA launches new anti-corruption in the legal profession survey
To raise awareness among legal professionals of the legal measures available to combat corruption, the IBA invites you to share your views on the risks and threats posed by corruption (including foreign bribery) to the legal profession in your jurisdiction.
This questionnaire is being undertaken as part of Phase 2 of the IBA Anti-Corruption Strategy for the Legal Profession, a project developed by the IBA’s Legal Policy & Research Unit (LPRU) and the IBA Anti-Corruption Committee, with input from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD).
Responses to this questionnaire are considered confidential and therefore individual responses will not be released, shared or published. Questionnaire results will be reported in aggregate data sets.
Any questions and issues can be directed to the IBA Legal Projects Director, Sara Carnegie and BIC Project Lawyer, Dr George Artley.
