This conference is presented by the IBA Insurance Committee
The conference will be a mixture of presentations from leading experts, panel discussions and case studies. Participation by delegates will be encouraged. The social aspects of the conference will provide delegates with the opportunity to network with peers from around the world at a variety of social functions including a drinks reception and dinner.
The Conference will examine the most relevant and recent topics of concern for insurance lawyers in corporate, regulatory and claims, including a particular focus on the impact of AI and technology in the insurance sector. The event will also bring experts from all over the world to discuss M&A in insurance, increasing role of Managing General Agents (MGAs), evolution of transactional risk insurance (contingency, title and litigation products), recent changes in the regulatory landscape across jurisdictions, political risk insurance, latest developments in D&O, arbitration insurance, global claims review in every continent and others.
