Biography

Mitch Zuklie serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orrick. Named an “eminent practitioner” by Chambers USA, Mitch counsels innovative companies at all stages, as well as their founders, boards, advisors and investors. Under Mitch’s leadership, Orrick has focused on serving three sectors globally: Tech & Innovation, Energy & Infrastructure and Finance. Fortune has selected the firm among the 100 Best Companies to Work For six years in a row and Financial Times has named Orrick the Most Innovative Law Firm in North America three times and runner-up twice. Mitch serves on the Boards of Fisker Inc., the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, the Berkeley Center for Law and Business, the Silicon Valley Law Foundation, and the Advisory Boards of the Stanford Law School Center on the Legal Profession and the Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Wild Salmon Center and a Director of CalTrout. Mitch and his wife, Holly, have been married for more than 25 years and live in Portola Valley. They have two children.
