Erika Villarreal
Biography
Erika M. Villarreal Zorita: Erika is a partner at Anzola Robles & Asociados since 2014 and has been practicing law for 20 years. She leads the Commercial Law and M&A Department at ARA. She studied at the University of Panama, School of Law and graduated magna cum laude. She completed her Masters in Laws (LLM) at Duke University Law School, with a Fulbright Scholarship. She also completed a Post graduate study of International Business Law at the Complutense University of Madrid, School of Law. Member: She is an officer of the Young Lawyers Committee of the International Bar Association and she is a member of the Young Council of the Latin-American Forum of the IBA. She is also a member and a director of Women in the Profession – Panama Chapter (WIP). Practice Areas: Erika practices Commercial Law, Financial Law and Mergers and Acquisitions. Awards: Erika has been listed as a leading corporate/M&A lawyer by Chambers Latin America, IFLR1000 and Best Lawyer.
