Biography
Dovilė Burgienė is the Managing Partner of WALLESS Lithuania and one of the best-known M&A lawyers in the Baltics. She has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on M&A transactions, private equity matters, and complex cross-border projects. Over the years, Dovilė has been involved in many of the largest and most notable transactions in the Baltic region and is consistently recognised by international legal directories for her work. Clients particularly value her practical approach, strong negotiation skills, and ability to lead complex transactions to a successful outcome.
