Biography

Tim is a partner in Gilbert + Tobin's Corporate Advisory group based in Sydney Australia. Tim advises listed and unlisted companies and Australian and offshore private equity fund managers in relation to mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, activism, corporate restructurings and investigations. Tim was the 2018 Australian M&A Partner of the Year. Best Lawyers recognises Tim as a leading lawyer in Equity Capital Markets, Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity. Tim is the Chair of the Public Company Practice and Regulation Subcommittee of the Securities Law Committee of the IBA.
