Biography

Partner International Employment Law at Seyfarth Shaw LLP Ana has extensive experience on international employment legal matters, working across borders for complex multinational clients. She has managed large projects for international companies in a large list of countries, with special focus in EMEA and LatAm regions. In addition, Ana has extensive experience advising national and international corporations on a wide range of Spanish labour and employment matters, covering companies restructuring, employment terminations, modification of employment terms and conditions, company's policies and employee benefits, labour implications in company takeovers and spin-offs, transfer of undertakings and senior management relationships. Also, she regularly acts before Labour Courts and Tribunals.
