Yuri is a partner at Mori Hamada & Matsumoto, where she specializes in Corporate M&A as well as Healthcare and Life Sciences. Yuri focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions. Leveraging over 13 years of experience living in the United States, Germany, and Spain, she brings strong language skills and cross-cultural insight to complex international transactions. Her aim is to bridge cultural gaps and support companies in their international expansion and growth⁠, ultimately contributing to their global business success⁠. Drawing on her graduate studies in medical devices and entrepreneurship, Yuri also has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Her work in this area includes M&A, licensing, contract manufacturing and outsourcing arrangements, technology transfers, and related regulatory matters.
