Biography
Karine is a corporate and M&A partner in the Paris office of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.
Her practice focuses, for both domestic and international groups, on share acquisitions and disposals (including VC and minority strategic investments), assets and business transfers, corporate reorganizations (contributions, mergers, hive down, etc), joint ventures & partnerships, distress M&A, refinancing, and dealing with French Foreign Investment regulations in the context of acquisitions by foreign investors.
Her role also includes coordination assistance / project management in the context of cross-border deals to ensure that the services produced in the different countries involved are consistent and comprehensive when delivered to clients.
Her industry expertise focuses notably on TMT, Karine co-leading NRF EMEA Tech group, Life Sciences & Healthcare, infrastructure (notably in sectors such as energy, refinery, airports concessions and storage, transportation, etc), and industrial companies, but she has also started dealing with M&A in the agribusiness for a couple years now.
Karine is recognized by several Legal Directories for several consecutive years and notably Best Lawyers and Decideurs Leaders League.
Karine was the Laureate of her Post Graduate Degree in Business Law from the University of Paris V Descartes and she holds a Graduate Degree in Business and Tax law from the University of Paris II Panthéon Assas.
