Promod Nair

Biography

Promod is admitted as both an Advocate in India and as a Solicitor Advocate with Higher Rights of Audience in England and Wales (currently non-practising). He is a dispute resolution specialist and regularly appears as counsel in commercial litigation and public law matters before the Supreme Court and various High Courts in India. Promod has been appointed as arbitrator in LCIA, LCIA India, ICC, SIAC and ad hoc arbitrations. As counsel, he has conducted arbitrations in various jurisdictions in Europe and Asia, and under various institutional rules. He served as a member of the LCIA Court (2014-19) and is a Council Member of the HKIAC.
