Biography
Kseniia has nearly 9 years of legal experience. She specialises in labour and HR matters, providing legal support regarding employment and termination of labour relations, development of corporate governance procedures, due diligence audits, HR compliance, business ethics, interaction with trade unions, collective bargaining, remote work arrangements, BYOD and confidentiality rules, implementing Malus & Clawback arrangements with companies' officials, employment of foreign citizens in Ukraine, support with military records and martial law implications for employers, employment of veterans, prevention of mobbing and harassment at work, and other employment matters. Kseniia was recognised as a Leading Associate in Employment Law by the international legal rating Legal 500 (in 2025 and 2026) and mentioned as a Notable practitioner by the international legal rating Chambers Europe in Employment (2025).
