Biography

Giuseppe is a seasoned transactional lawyer with 20+ years of experience. He is a corporate/M&A partner at Ughi e Nunziante and a member of the management committee of the firm. Giuseppe regularly assists multinationals, industrial groups and SMEs in complex, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions. He is also active in the venture capital space, assisting start-ups and scale-ups in their early-stage development and overseas expansion. Giuseppe holds a Ph.D. in business law and he is an officer of the IBA’s Closely Held Companies Committee.
