Partner in the arbitration and litigation practice at Bermudes Advogados in São Paulo, Brazil. LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley. Worked as International Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York. Admitted to the New York State Bar. Counsel to international and domestic clients in complex commercial litigation and arbitration proceedings. Provides legal opinions on commercial disputes and statutory interpretation. Arbitrator at the Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration Chamber of the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (CAMCA). Member of the Brazilian Arbitration Committee (CBAr) and the Arbitration Committee of the São Paulo Chapter of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB/SP). Member and Rapporteur of the OAB/SP Ethics and Discipline Tribunal. Author of the book Cessão de Contrato (Assignment of Contract) and other articles on civil law, arbitration and dispute resolution. Recognised by leading legal ranks, including The Legal 500.
