Biography

Chunghwan Choi is a senior partner in the TMT (Technology, Media and Telecommunications) Group and IP (Intellectual Property) Group in the firm’s Seoul office.  Mr. Choi advises companies on corporate, licensing and associated business and intellectual property issues. He has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating corporate and IP transactions, including acquisitions, asset purchase, licensing, development and other partnering agreements for the software, internet, online game, franchise, film, music, broadcasting, publishing, art, sports and live performance industries. He also has considerable experience in intellectual property asset management and licensing, having assisted numerous clients to develop and implement strategies to acquire, protect, enforce, license and commercialize various forms of intellectual property.
