Biography

Ralf is co-head of Gleiss Lutz's M&A practice. He advises corporate clients and financial investors in cross-border M&A transactions, with a particular focus on complex transactions (including carve-outs and distressed M&A) and private equity. Among his clients are many DAX-30 companies, other corporate clients, financial investors and insolvency administrators. He also has special expertise in transactions in the automotive sector. Ralf, who was admitted in 2001 and has been a partner at Gleiss Lutz since 2007, is singled out as a leading or recommended M&A lawyer by many directories such as Legal 500, JUVE and IFLR1000.
