Biography

Simon Konsta, Senior Partner, Clyde & Co Simon is the firm's Senior Partner and chairs Clyde & Co's Global Management Board, working with regional boards in MEA, APAC, the Americas, and the UK and Europe. He also maintains a legal practice focusing on commercial dispute resolution and professional liability and previously headed up the firm's insurance practice. Simon has acted on a number of landmark professional negligence actions on behalf of IT consultants, accountants, auditors, actuaries, architects and engineers, directors & officers, surveyors, valuers and other professionals and has extensive experience of multi-jurisdictional commercial insurance and professional liability disputes. Prior to the merger with Clyde & Co in 2011, Simon was the Senior Partner at Barlow Lyde & Gilbert LLP.
