Description
TOPIC 4 – Are lawyers embracing the changes that are coming? The panel will discuss whether and, if so, why lawyers are resistant to change. What leadership skills are needed to drive desired changes? What changes are ‘unavoidably’ challenging for law firms, including millennials, the big four back in competition, client demand for lower fees and a variety of technological developments. Lawyers also have to embrace project management to deliver what clients want both in terms of cost and performance – will they?
