Hanim Hamzah

Biography

Hanim Hamzah is the Regional Managing Partner of the ZICO Law network and heads the Corporate M&A practice group at ZICO Law’s Indonesia office, Roosdiono & Partners. Her 22 years of regional practice experience includes being resident in Malaysia, Japan, Indonesia and Singapore where she specialises in major infrastructure project financing and M&A deals in aviation, banking, insurance, mining, oil and gas, plantations, and property. Hanim is recognized as a “Leading Lawyer” in multiple practice areas by IFLR1000 and Asialaw Profiles, as well as a “Recommended Lawyer” in Corporate M&A by Legal 500. She is currently the Secretary-Treasurer of the International Bar Association (IBA) Law Firm Management Committee.
