Biography

Jason Glover focuses on private fund formation, particularly private equity funds. Jason is a recognized leader in this area, having represented many of the most prominent European and developing market private equity firms in structuring complex global funds. His clients include Actis, Apax, BC Partners, Bridgepoint, Cinven, Coller Capital, CVC, EQT, FSN Capital, Oakley Capital and Triton.
