How investors view the asset class today and their plans for the future

Thursday 15 November (0945 - 1035)

Committee(s)

Corporate and M&A Law Committee (Lead)
Private Equity Subcommittee (Lead)

Description

Private equity investors are increasingly dynamic in their approach. They have clear views as to the sponsors they want to invest in and how they want to go about it. Demand for the highest quality sponsors is huge. Lawyers sit at the centre of the market, working with placement agents, sponsors and investors to marry competing requirements, design innovative fund terms and offer creative solutions to critical issues of protection and flexibility. Deal lawyers increasingly need to reflect those terms in transaction and co-investment structures. This panel will help to guide deal practitioners through the current issues.
