Gisèle Rosselle
Biography
Gisèle Rosselle concentrates on Corporate / M&A, corporate finance and project finance transactions, with particular experience in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital market transactions and corporate disputes involving a wide variety of industries. Gisèle Rosselle was admitted to the Brussels bar in 1994 and started her career at Allen & Overy in Brussels and in London. Before joining Strelia in 2013, she was a partner at White & Case LLP. Gisèle Rosselle obtained a Master in Law degree from the University of Leuven (KUL) in 1992, a Post-graduate diploma in EC Law (Diplôme des Etudes Approfondies en Droit Communautaire) from the University d’Aix-Marseille III in 1993, a Post-graduate diploma in International Trade Law from the University of European Studies in Turin in 1994 and a Post-graduate studies in Arts Management from the University of Antwerp (UFSIA) in 2001. Gisèle obtained a Master Executive Degree at the INSEAD Business School in May 2014. She served as Chair of the Corporate and M&A Committee of the International Bar Association from 2009 through 2011, after having chaired the Private Equity Subcommittee of the International Bar Association's Corporate and M&A Committee. Chambers Europe 2016 ranks Ms. Rosselle as a leading individual for corporate and M&A matters: clients single Ms. Rosselle out as a “proactive, businessminded and skilled” and “close to the client, part of the team and able to help us with tactics”.
