Biography

Dr. D’Auro is a partner of Estudio Beccar Varela and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has wide experience in corporate law, M&A, banking and financial law. In this field, he has counselled and represented major financial institutions in matters related to the Financial Entities Act, the Public Offering Act and regulations issued by the Argentine Central Bank and the National Securities Commission. He has also a great deal of expertise in designing and implementing compliance programs for the prevention of money laundering and counter terrorism financing. Maximiliano received his Law Degree from the Universidad Nacional de Mar del Plata (1997) and his LLM from the London School of Economics (2000).
