Hélène Van Lith

Biography

Dr Hélène van Lith is managing the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR of the ICC International Court of Arbitration and is responsible for the commission’s projects and research including the recently created Task Force on Addressing Issues of Corruption in International Arbitration. She recently joined University Dauphine Paris as Associate Professor and her academic work focuses on Private International Law, collective redress, transnational commercial litigation and arbitration.
