Description
This session will provide an update on various initiatives in the field of arbitration and corruption: an update on the work of the IBA Working Group on Arbitration and Corruption; a presentation of the Toolkit for Arbitrators by the Competence Centre Arbitration and Crime; and an overview of the recently established ICC Arbitration and Corruption Taskforce.
