Biography

Ravinder Thukral is a partner and barrister in the London office of Brown Rudnick LLP. His practice focuses on business and commercial disputes in litigation, arbitration and mediation. He has particular experience of banking and finance, civil fraud, shareholder, partnership and real estate disputes in the United Kingdom, the Middle East and India. Ravinder also has experience as a criminal prosecutor and advises companies and individuals facing criminal investigation or prosecution for financial crime including fraud, bribery and money laundering by the major enforcement bodies. In 2009, Ravinder was the Judicial Assistant to the former Lord Chief Justice, Lord Judge and Lord Justice Carnwath CVO.
