Biography

Simone Bernard de la Gatinais joined the Firm in 1997 and became a Partner in 2011. Simone advises Italian and international clients on corporate law, M&A, and capital markets with a particular focus on commercial contracts, private equity, joint venture, public takeover bids and public exchange offers, stock listing, and capital increases.
