This session will take the form of a workshop with moderators facilitating an exploration of some of the critical legal hot topics currently facing the fashion and luxury industries. These include: • Exploitation of customer data and developments in data protection legislation; • Advertising and the role of social influencers and social media; • Developments in enforcing and protecting designs; and • PR disasters: pre-planning and crisis management
