He specialises in operational, regulatory and transactional work for market-leading online platforms in many sectors, including retail and luxury goods, and he has provided advice to online platforms for more than 20 years In addition, Calum has wide experience in working with fashion and luxury goods businesses’ online offerings on innovative uses of customer personal data in the delivery and marketing of services to consumers, including new business models for electronic advertising, customer profiling and personalisation of services both online and offline.
