Biography

From 2014 to 2017 he was managing partner of the firm with Giulia Comparini. Alessandro provides assistance to companies operating in the fashion, retail and catering sectors in terms of corporate, commercial and real estate law. It supports the Italian development of foreign customers, from the constitution of Italian vehicles to the structuring of commercial networks, from the drafting of contracts for corporate operations to certain aspects of compliance. For Italian customers Alessandro follows various problems of commercial law at national and international level as well as the structuring of foreign distribution. In the real estate field, it also assists real estate properties in development operations and provides assistance in the management and rental of real estate assets. He is the founder and president of ALMA, the Italian LLM Association, Officer of the International Sales Committee of the IBA - International Bar Association and member of the board of ASLA - Association of Associated Legal Studies. He is a founding member of ItaliaStatodiDiritto, an association set up to reaffirm the principles of the rule of law in Italy. Alessandro regularly contributes to the Legal column of the Retail & Food magazine, dedicated to trade and restaurant operators. He participates as a speaker in meetings on issues relating to real estate law. It is reported by the publication Who's Who Legal for the Real Estate sector as 'leading individual'. He is the editor and author with other colleagues of the publication 'Professione: Avvocato' published by Giuffrè on the subject of the legal profession.
