Biography

Partner with the Corporate Finance department of AyacheSalama in Paris, David Ayache’s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border transactions where he advises private and listed companies, private equity funds and entrepreneurs with respect to corporate acquisitions and divestments, private equity transactions and joint-ventures. Over the years, he has acted on transactions across a wide range of sectors, including distribution, luxury goods, fashion, internet and e-commerce, financial services and renewable energies. David is a frequent speaker at conferences on Private Equity and teaches Private Equity at HEC Business School. He is regularly featured in Chambers, Legal 500, European Legal Experts, Thomson Reuters (mid-market insight) and Who’s Who in Private Equity.
