Biography

Jason Rawkins is an experienced partner in the Intellectual Property & Media group at Taylor Wessing. He has expertise in all aspects of intellectual property, with particular emphasis on trade marks, but also copyright/ designs and domain names. Jason is a recognised leader in the fashion and luxury sector and is International Head of Taylor Wessing’s Fashion & Luxury Brands Group. Jason handles all aspects of trade mark and design disputes for clients. Another major element of his practice encompasses proactively advising clients in relation to the acquisition, maintenance and exploitation of relevant IP rights. This includes trade mark portfolio management, both UK/ EUTM and international, and licensing and other transactions.
