Group General Counsel – French Connection Group plc Sara Mackie is General Counsel of French Connection Group Plc, which designs, produces and distributes well-designed fashionable clothing for men and women, along with branded toiletries, glasses, watches, shoes and handbags, to more than 50 countries around the world. Its core retail brands are French Connection, FCUK, Great Plains and YMC. She is an experienced General Counsel who has worked for national and international, retail, fashion and media businesses. Before joining French Connection, she was Head of Legal and Company Secretary for Rakuten’s Play.com. Prior to that, she worked in the film and television industry, for United International Pictures, Channel Four and Momentum Pictures now Entertainment One.
