This session will highlight the current priorities and challenges facing in-house counsel in the fashion industry. The panel of speakers will look at the level of expertise in-house lawyers are looking for from their external counsel acting for clients in the fashion and luxury industry. Topics will include: • Brand and reputational threats – challenges for the general counsel; • How to nurture positive attitudes to risk and compliance; and • How and where to provide value to the business
