The sale of a business is demanding. Selling to your (direct) competitor poses particular challenges. Where and when in the sales process do you have to take that fact into consideration? How are these issues normally dealt with? The panel will identify for you the salient questions, discuss what needs to be considered, and explain how certain issues can be addressed.
