Description
Given the criticisms of investment treaties and investment chapters in bilateral and multilateral trade agreements, are we seeing the beginning of the end? • Can investors protect themselves against the risk of erosion of treaty protections by providing for corresponding protections in their investment contracts? • How should arbitrators deal with parallel claims under contracts and treaties?
