Description
In his talk, Vanni will explore the challenges and opportunities for intellectual property (IP) rights holders and luxury brands in the WEB 2.0 and WEB 3.0 (metaverse). He will look at the new ways of working and engaging from an IP standpoint with digital platforms and channels (marketplaces, social media, apps and non-fungible tokens (NFTs)) for elevating and optimizing IP protection and enforcement. He will also explore some of the technologies, benchmarking and related brand enforcement initiatives to be considered and performed in-house and in outsourcing.
