Description

This workshop will discuss funds pursuing liquid or quasi-liquid strategies, including open end (hedge) structures, evergreen structures, and methods for combining liquid and investment strategies using side pockets, gates, redemption queues and other hybrid structures. Participants will discuss considerations in choosing among these strategies and fee and liquidity terms.
