Description

Leading a firm and its partners to develop business during the time of a pandemic can be a challenge. In addition to changing marketplaces and economics, business developers in the legal community are facing a one-of a kind challenges due to the pandemic. Still there are things that law firm leaders can do to encourage, role model and lead their partners to develop their practices and break-down systemic boundaries. In this session, we’ll hear from two authors who wrote the book on how business development doesn’t need to feel like “sales”.
