How to purchase your Travel Pass

- The ticket can be downloaded directly from the confirmation page after purchase.
- Some companies have strict email filters that may block important communications regarding your Travel Pass purchase. To ensure you receive all updates, we recommend using your private email address instead of your work email. This will help avoid any delays caused by spam filters.
- Should it, contrary to expectation, occur, you do not receive your Travel Pass ticket by email, please speak to DOT customer service on telephone number +45 7015 7000 - when greeted press 1. Opening hours between Monday-Sunday 0700-1800.
Travel Pass price
IBA Annual Conference delegates can purchase a Travel Pass for just DKK 36 per day (approx. €4.80).
Passes are available for travel between 4–9 October 2026, with a minimum validity period of 24 hours.
Where can I travel?
The Travel Pass is valid across zones 1–99, giving you extensive access to public transport throughout Copenhagen and the surrounding area.
This includes travel by:
- Metro
- Train
- Bus

Important information
The Travel Pass is available for the IBA Annual Conference period of 4–9 October 2026.
Tickets for public transport are not subject to VAT.
Travel using the pass is subject to the standard Joint National Travel Regulations governing public transport in Denmark.
