MeToo and the legal profession

The MeToo movement, triggered by sexual misconduct scandals that swept through Hollywood in 2017, has now evolved into a broader rallying cry for women's equality and influence in society.

In this podcast, diversity champions from across the legal profession assess the cultural and structural changes needed to tackle the longstanding barriers facing women lawyers.

Areas examined include improvements to the overall working environment, the importance of sponsorship programmes, the role of men in achieving change, and the lessons that can be learned from in-house lawyers.
