Moray McLaren

As a partner at Lexington Consultants, Moray McLaren advises many of the world’s leading independent law firms. He is an Associate Professor at IE Business School, where he teaches on their Top 10 Global MBA programme. An active member of the IBA’s Law Firm Management Committee, he was the inaugural chair of the committee’s Strategy Working Group. Most recently, he has joined the faculty of the Financial Times IE Corporate Learning Initiative.

Rolandas Valiunas

Marilù Capparelli

Marilù Capparelli is one of the managing directors of Google Legal Department in the EMEA area and she leads a team of lawyers located in different countries.  Marilu is an Italian qualified lawyer with experience within major international law firms, at the Court of Justice of the European Union and inhouse. Before joining Google, she was Head of Legal and Government Affairs at eBay Inc., Skype and Paypal .  Marilu has obtained several honors and international awards. She has been  listed amongst the 30 most influential Italian women lawyers.

Marilu is a member of the Board of Directors of the most important Italian news publishing group, RCS MediaGroup, where she also covers the role of Lead Independent Board Director and of one of the leading players in the world of luxury goods, Tod’s S.p.A.

Chris Hinze

Chris has 30 years’ experience both in-house and as an external consultant working with law firms in a series of global senior communications and CMO-level roles. He works at the senior leadership level on sensitive and major communications and associated reputation management and brand issues. In doingp so he has looked at topics from the perspective of a wide range of different stakeholders including the partnership, the wider firm, clients and potential clients, regulators, media, and potential recruits.

D’Arcy Kemnitz

D’Arcy serves as The LGBT Bar’s executive director located in Washington DC. In addition to orchestrating a coalition of more than 25 local, state, and regional LGBT bar associations, and dozens of LGBT law student associations, D’Arcy has overseen the annual “Lavender Law” Conference and Career Fair with thousands of attendees each year. D’Arcy is a frequently quoted expert on LGBT legal issues, appearing in media outlets including The ABA Journal, ABC News, Time Magazine, and others.
