The panel will discuss: (a) delays in the judicial system and its impact on corporate/commercial disputes; (b) training/expertise of judges in handling corporate/commercial disputes; (b) manner of recording of oral evidence in courts (for e.g., Indian courts); (d) transfer of judges and moving of roster; (e) recent constitution of commercial courts in India and its impact; and (f) changes to Indian insolvency laws.
