Biography

Elena Ryolo is a partner at Legance - Avvocati Associati in Italy and has more than 20 years of expertise in employment law, developed in a variety of contexts which range from complex industrial sites to innovative start-ups and hi-tech companies. She has experience of identifying and managing HR implications within the frame of corporate transactions and reorganization processes, covering industrial relations as well. She regularly advises on the definition of agreements with senior executives, including in regulated sectors and with reference to compensation and co-investment profiles. Elena supports clients in the set-up of retention and incentive mechanisms, as well as in the definition of non-compete, non-solicit and confidentiality covenants, in contexts which are highly sensitive on the protection of corporate know-how.
