A webinar presented by the IBA Water Law Committee

Indigenous rights to natural resources, including water, create competition for resources with the general population. Rights to water can often impact the ability to access other resources, such as oil and gas, or mineral resources. This webinar will cover the scope of the indigenous right to water and how it has been addressed in different countries, including examples where the right to water has limited other projects.

  • Mariana Herrero Galicia Abogados, Mexico City; North American Forum Liaison Officer, IBA Water Law Committe
