This is part five of a six-part training series presented by the India Working Group of the IBA Asia Pacific Regional Forum, and the IBA Young Lawyers’ Committee.
This session will cover the challenges of modern-day partners and associates in mobilising and coordinating with their teams, which are spread across geographies and practice areas, for the effective delivery of legal services. The session will also deal with best practices when engaging with foreign clients and international counsel. The panel will cover structures for effectively migrating to or for continuing remote working or hybrid setups, and the replacement or supplementation of processes otherwise conducted in person.
