A webinar presented by the IBA Aviation Law Commmittee and the IBA Mediation Committee
The Covid-19 pandemic had a severe impact on the aviation sector, causing conflicts between different groups and giving rise to new trends in mediation as a dispute resolution mechanism for such conflicts. This webinar will discuss the use of mediation in aviation-related disputes and how mediation is used in different jurisdictions, the Singapore Convention on Mediation and its implications in aviation cross-border disputes and international commercial disputes, and the difference between aviation disputes and other commercial disputes.
