This course is part of an ongoing programme devised by the IBA’s Section on Public and Professional Interest (SPPI) to assist young lawyers and junior members of the profession with their understanding of the fundamentals of international legal practice.

TOPICS INCLUDE:

• Salient developments in the Oil & Gas sector in Lebanon and the Middle East
• M&A transactions: fundamentals and key issues
• International arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution

Local young practitioners under the age of 40 (whether in-house or in private practice) and students.
