Young Practitioners’ Symposium

As part of its contribution to the development of arbitration best practices, the IBA Arbitration Committee organises symposia for the young members of the arbitration community in cooperation with young practitioners’ groups, through its IBA Arb 40 Sub-committee (co-chaired by Andre Abbud Barbosa Müssnich Aragão, São Paulo and Noradèle Radjai Lalive, Geneva). This event is hosted by IBA Arb40, together with the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG) and the Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners (YCAP). The upper age limit for participation is 40 years old.

The cost of the symposium is US $60 per person.

As there are a limited number of places at this symposium, early registration is recommended.
