This panel will examine differing disclosure standards across the world. It will include four speakers from different jurisdictions.

The following panel will focus on the same topic viewed from the point of view of the arbitral institutions with representatives from the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) and International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), as well as one full-time arbitrator.
